Your Spieleland Team

Guidance on your visit

A visit to Ravensburger Spieleland is only possible at present subject to the following conditions:

Detailed descriptions of the following points can also be found under "Questions and answers" further down the page.
If possible, please purchase your day ticket online in our Ticket-Shop ahead of your visit.

You can see if your preferred date is available using our reservation tool before you buy your ticket and then book online.

If you are staying in our Holiday Village, you will receive your ticket on arrival. As a Holiday Village guest, the date of your visit is automatically reserved for you.

The wearing of a medical face mask (FFP2 or surgical mask) is mandatory in all covered areas, waiting areas of any kind and also when using the attractions. In outdoor areas, such as waiting areas, a medical mask must only be worn if the distance of at least 1.50 m cannot be maintained.

Masks are compulsory for all guests over the age of 6.

If you unable to wear a face covering for medical reasons, we unfortunately cannot allow you to visit Ravensburger Spieleland out of consideration for all other guests and the members of our staff.
According to the current Corona Ordinance issued by the State of Baden-Württemberg, compulsory testing for outdoor areas of facilities is only necessary in exceptional cases.

Indoor areas and hotels will again be subject to compulsory testing as of August 16, 2021. Therefore, all non-immunised visitors from the age of 6 who want to take part in a workshop (e.g. Chocolate Factory), use the indoor attractions (Magic and Circus School or Maus Cinema), or stay overnight in the Holiday Village need an appropriate proof of eligibility.

A non-immunised person is a person who has neither been vaccinated against nor recovered from COVID-19 within the meaning of § 4(2). Non-immunised persons are required to provide a negative result of the test. Also considered as a tested person is an asymptomatic person who:

  • has not yet reached the age of six or has not yet entered school; or

  • is a pupil of a primary school, a special educational and counselling centre, a school that builds on the primary school, or a professional school, whereby the prima facie evidence usually has to be provided by an appropriate identification document with date of birth (pupil ID card, medical card, copy of birth certificate or test certificate).

The underlying test may not have been conducted more than 24 hours ago in the case of a rapid antigen test, or more than 48 hours ago in the case of a PCR test.

Please note: The proof of eligibility will always be checked with a valid photo ID.

All guests over the age of 16 must therefore present a valid photo ID. In addition to the official ID, an ID card, passport, health insurance card, driver's licence, etc. are also accepted.

Children between 6 and 16 years of age - accompanied by their legal guardian - identify themselves with their student ID, a copy of their birth certificate, passport or health insurance card without a photo.

Guests from Switzerland can also use their 'family booklet'.

General information

Guests who have had contact with a SARS-CoV-2 infected person in the past 14 days, as well as guests with symptoms of a respiratory infection or a high temperature, are unfortunately not allowed to enter Ravensburger Spieleland.

If you have recently been in a high-incidence area or an area of variant of concern (as designated by the Robert Koch-Institut), visits to Spieleland are only possible to a limited extent. Please determine in advance what regulations apply to the area you visited. The same regulations also apply to guests arriving from outside Germany.

Questions & Answers

We are more than happy to answer your most frequently asked questions regarding the current situation.
Ravensburger Spieleland will be open from 22 June to 7 November 2021.

We have cancelled all our days off this year to make sure you miss nothing!

You can find our current opening hours here.
The health and safety of all our guests and staff members is our top priority. To ensure that you can enjoy your day to the full, we have a comprehensive safety and hygiene concept in place that has been developed in close coordination with the authorities. We would ask you, therefore, to please observe the measures that have been implemented so that all our guests and staff members have a safe and pleasant stay.

We ask all guests to respect the following guidance:
  • Since face masks are a legal requirement, the wearing of a medical face mask (FFP2 or surgical mask) is mandatory in all covered areas, waiting areas of any kind and also when using the attractions. This requirement applies to all visitors over the age of 6. If you unable to wear a face covering for medical reasons, we unfortunately cannot allow you to visit Ravensburger Spieleland out of consideration for all other guests and the members of our staff.
  • Please maintain a distance of at least 1.5 metres to other guests and staff members. We also ask that guests comply with the requirement to wear a medical face mask (FFP2 or surgical mask) in all areas of the park - including outdoor areas - where the minimum distance of 1.5 metres to others cannot be maintained.
  • Please follow the basic rules of good hygiene, such as washing your hands frequently and thoroughly, observing coughing and sneezing etiquette and avoiding shaking hands.
  • We have provided hand disinfectant dispensers for you throughout the park.
  • For your safety and the safety of other guests and staff, all members of our staff are required to wear a medical mask (FFP2 mask or surgical mask).

Indoor areas and hotels are still subject to compulsory testing. Therefore, all non-immunised visitors from the age of 6 who want to take part in a workshop (e.g. Chocolate Factory), use the indoor attractions (Magic and Circus School or Maus Cinema), or stay overnight in the Holiday Village need an appropriate proof of eligibility.

One of the following three documents must be presented as proof of eligibility:

Vaccinated
Please bring along official proof of vaccination or vaccination card/certificate as documentary proof of your vaccination status. The original vaccination card/certificate must be presented as proof of your vaccination status. Proof of complete vaccination protection must be at least 15 days old.

Recovered
Please bring along a positive PCR test result that is at least 28 days old. If your positive test result is more than 6 months old, you must also bring along your official proof of vaccination or vaccination card/certificate. The original vaccination card/certificate must be presented as proof of your vaccination status. You are considered fully immunised from the date you received your first vaccination .

Tested
Please bring along an officially recognised negative coronavirus test result (PCR or rapid antigen test, which must have been taken no more than 24 hours prior to your time of arrival). A negative test result is required for guests over 6 years of age. Please note that only test results issued by an official testing centre and signed will be accepted. Results of self-tests will not be accepted.
The proof of eligibility will always be checked with a valid photo ID.

Guests from Switzerland can also use their ‘family booklet'.
Currently there are no testing facilities at Ravensburger Spieleland.

Please use the nearby test centres in Friedrichshafen and Ravensburg. This way, you will already have your test result when you arrive at Ravensburger Spieleland.

The following tests are accepted:
Officially recognised, negative Corona test result, which must not be older than 24 hours (antigen test) or 48 hours (PCR test) at the time of arrival.

A negative test result is required from the age of 6 years. Young visitors under 6 years of age as well as pupils of any age and children who have not yet started school do not need a negative test. From these persons we need an official proof of age, e.g. student ID, child ID, passport, health card, copy of birth certificate, etc. You can find more information on this under the tab "Photo ID".

Please note that only tests from an official testing centre will be accepted. Self-tests that you bring with you will not be accepted.
If a so-called company/authority confirmation for rapid tests does not show a time, this confirmation is only valid for the day of issue, not for the following day. The company/authority confirmation must always be signed.
